In this episode, we continue listening to business coach Clay Clark and Sharita Bent we discuss why it is important that you only have one master calendar, that will keep you from scheduling multiple things at the same time. But it will also keep you knowing what you have scheduled out for yourself at all times. Along with keeping this one single master calendar comes step number 10, having a master to do list. There are so many different things you need to accomplish throughout the day, so it is important that you have an all-in-one list. With the help of business coach Clay Clark no longer are the days of multiple around the house to do lists, grocery list, at work lists. If we have one a master to do list and one master calendar we can be sure that we schedule everything out correctly and don’t leave anything to chance. On your to do list he should include the important and urgent things you must accomplish first for the day. And then when you have those times where an appointment falls through, or someone cancels on a last-minute, you go back to your list. One great benefit of this is you will never be worried when you have downtime. I’ll never be left wondering what you should do, but you always have a list of all the things you need to accomplish and that you can begin working on with your newly found free time. One important step suggested that you turn off all things on your phone that have the option for notifications. Do not open a new email, text, or any other form of notification until you are mentally and physically ready to respond to whatever it is.
