The second thing is to determine what skills or problems you must develop in order to create value for your managers. The next thing that you must do is consistently deliver on your current responsibilities so that you developed a reputation of excellence. And lastly you must maintain a positive attitude in the workplace so that you are a joy to be around. If you follow these steps then you can earn a promotion with in your workplace, and you will be recognized as one of the top performers. Sell out to improving every single day and become one of the top 5% producers for your particular skill.
