Train and educate your employees, when you spend time with them, it shows that they matter to you. Listen to employees when they are speaking to you, and what they are trying to say to you. Make yourself available to them if they need you and always be aware of how you are being perceived.
Lee mentions that you are remembered by how you treat people, not by how much money you make. He continues to discuss the four things that all customers expect. All customers are expecting your company and your employees to make them feel special. He explains that your employees are your lifeline, if they are not performing and making sure that your customers are feeling special then you will not gain customers.
