Need to go over Group behavior correction and you need a pump of your team for the day. This meeting needs to be held before the shift starts and everybody there needs to be in attendance. You also have a weekly group meeting with your entire staff and this is where you track action items this is where you celebrate wins this is where you grow as a company by having this meeting every single week. USI national items at this meeting to specific people that are due the next week at the same time at the same meeting and you put it on your companywide to do list to make sure these items are not driven actually get done.
