Irreplaceable: How To Make Yourself Matter – Episode 1 – How to Become Irreplaceable – Part 3

In this episode of the Thrive business coach online school Clay Clark is going to breakdown the concept of Jack Welch’s 4 E’s. These E’s are Energy, energize, Execution and Edge. What energy means is that you bring your own energy to the workplace. You do not need someone to pump you up you do not need someone to spark you an get your day going you can bring your own energy to your own day and keep yourself motivated. Energized means that you can bring that same fire to other people around you. You can actually change the emotional state of the people around you and bring them up and lift them up and provide energy for them when they can’t motivate themselves. Execute means that you can actually get the job done on time and how it needs to be done. You can provide the details needed to have a high level of execution and you can repetitively do this. An edge means that you’re able to do what needs to be done even if might not be a comfortable situation. You would be willing to tell the team member to get their stuff together so they can provide the best that they can’t work instead of watches they lazy walk through the day and don’t get anything done. If you learn more about these principles and many many more than you need to click on the conference button and purchase your tickets to our next workshop. At the thriving workshops we spent 15 hours over two days getting into the details of the 13 point system that we want our clients down as a business coach.
