Focus: Put All Of Your Eggs In One Basket & Make Sure No One Kicks Over That Basket – Episode 1 – Part 2

Are you frequently changing jobs? Do you struggle to stay focused for a long period of time? Most successful entrepreneurs in the world are able to remain focused and put all of their efforts towards one chief goal that they have for their life. In this episode, Chef Remmi Smith (Teen mentor who is a celebrity chef that has her products in Whole Foods) discusses with Clay Clark (Business coach and former US Small Business Administration Entrepreneur of the Year) about why it is hard for employees and Business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs to stay engage for long periods of time. If you can commit yourself towards a big goal or dream, then you can be successful. Most people cannot do what is needed in order to achieve the success that they aspire to. The average American is only spending 4.4 years in a job, and the younger generation is even less than that. There is a growing necessity to remain engaged in order to achieve the great success that you’re looking for, regardless of your age. The time is never going to be perfect, and you will never have somebody come to your aid in order to help you achieve your goals. Nobody is ever going to be as passionate about your goals as you. Tim Ferris, the founder of the Four Hour Work Week talks about how the traffic lights of life will never all line up green for you. If it’s something that you wish to do eventually, then simply go ahead and start, and correct course along way. Furthermore, Andrew Carnegie, once one of the most wealthy men in the world, talks about how if you were content with mediocrity, you probably cannot motivate yourself either. Those that can motivate themselves to achieve their big goal or dream, are the most successful people in the world. Part of being an entrepreneur is the ability to overcome rejection, again and again and again.
