Decide To Thrive At Work: Your Time Is Now – Episode 1 – Part 2

Are you struggling to make the decision to pursue success? In this episode, Caleb Taylor sits down with Clay Clark (former US Small Business Administration Entrepreneur of the Year) and begin talking about the similarities between all wealthy people. One of the things that they focus on the most is habits. Caleb tees up for Clay to talk about how wealthy people are very specific in the habits that they allow into their life. You must work very hard to create a habit. What most entrepreneurs and business owners do not understand is that not working on your business consistently and diligently is a habit as well. Every day that you do not work on your business is another day of creating a habit of inaction. Clay Clark has famously said that “Inspiration is your reward. Inaction is your giant. Action is your sword.” Make sure that you are creating a culture of action within your business. If you are having a hard time working on your business, you might need to hire a business coach or mentor to hold you accountable. One of the characteristic that wealthy people exemplify is that the majority Believe that good habits create opportunities, while only 4% of poor people believe that good habits create opportunities. You must focus on the habits that you are creating daily, and hold yourself accountable to them first. When you do this you will find that you can achieve more than you ever imagine. Tomorrow is a day that will never arrive, so the time to begin is now. Make sure that you were working as hard as possible on your business, and do not let other external factors prevent you from realizing your dream.
