Dealing With Stress: Flying 27 Combat Missions Over Japan – Episode 1 – Part 2

In this episode, Clay Clark sits down with Jack Nadel, who is the business owner of one of the most successful promotional materials companies in the world. Jack also has flown in 27 combat missions over Japan in a B-29 bomber. Clay (business coach and former US Small Business Administration Entrepreneur of the Year) breaks down the specifics of what it was like to fly in one of those B-29 bombers while on combat missions over Japan. Jack explains how the level of stress is immensely high because of the level of focus and the duration of time of focus is extreme. You must imagine flying in a plane that is the size of three buses while antiaircraft fire is exploding all around you in the air at 12,000 feet. This is an intense scenario that not everybody can relate to, but the principles that are drawn from this will apply for many entrepreneurs in turn. Jack can only explain this experience as being one where you must put out all of the fear and worry out of your mind, because if you lose focus for one second then you end up putting yourself and all the crew members in danger of being shot down. Dealing with distractions, staying focused, and dealing with stress is something that entrepreneurs and business owners must face on a regular basis. If you can master the same strategies that Jack has part about in this training, you also can be successful in managing the stresses.
