Arthur is a practical joker and an authority on the art of memorable marketing. Some of his more memorable public relations stunts include the making of “The World’s Largest Iced Tea” and “The World’s Largest Snow Cone.” Arthur sincerely thought he was done having kids after his vasectomy, but he later discovered that this procedure failed and that he and his wife would soon be proud parents of another beautiful baby.
