Welcome to part three of The Daily Thought Diet with hall of fame speaker, sales & marketing guru, and author Jim Cathcart with Thrive Correspondent Caleb Taylor as they discuss the things that you must do in order to develop a positive thought diet. Your thoughts are so important as they eventually will cause the actions that you take in your life. If you want to gain a better thought diet you must ask yourself, “Am I happy with my current situation?” By asking yourself this question you will be able to answer in honestly, thus highlighting the different changes that you may need to make in order to make your situation a happier one. However, maybe you answered, “no” to this question, but still do not know what would make you happy in life. If you arrive at this point, you must then ask yourself, “What is something I am interested in that I would want to put my energy and effort toward?” From there, you will be able to develop concrete ideas and get yourself on the path to building a happier, more fulfilling life.
