The George Foreman Grill was not selling before George Foreman signed on to be the spokesperson for it and since George took over being the spokesperson they have sold hundreds of millions of dollars of those grills it was all due to a celebrity endorsement. George Foreman actually work for free and said he just wanted to percentage of all future sales because he knew this thing was going to be a big hit but he needed the money at the time as well.
