This works on two fronts one you don’t have to deal with the baggage of the person who already knows what they are doing trying to do things their way. You can teach them the way you wanted to be done. And two it’s a lot cheaper to hire somebody who doesn’t have the skill you want them to have yet then train them to have it. You can hire in a lower dollar employee that has the highest character and morals and then train then train them train them.
