It is typically not something that people do on purpose but as they see more and more success happening to you through diligence and consistency. Make a list of on a sheet of paper of all of the people you are currently spending time with and rate them in categories of positive and negative influence on your day to day life. If you are using more than one calendar you will begin missing appointments or double booking yourself. Remember, what gets scheduled gets done so block out time for the important positive things in your life.
