David Robinson gives a great perspective on the little corrections you can do that will turn your business around. The best part, they are extremely simple! Next time you greet an employee, try to keep eye contact with them and smile more. This will show that you care about them and the work they do for you. If they have that positive mindset, they will tend to want to overachieve in their duties. With success in business, it is simply a choice. If you do not want to be successful you do not have to be.
