What is your business niche? In what area of the industry that you operated are your ideal in likely buyers? The first step to defining a niche, it is to define your goals and when they will be accomplished. In this episode, business coach Clay Clark helps entrepreneurs and business owners all over the world defined their niche for their business. This includes the demographic of your ideal unlikely buyers, what types of services and products to offer, and the branding that is going to package your business. As you get started, it is important that you write down your goals. When you write down your goals, something psychologically happens in your brain that commits yourself to achieving those goals.
