Females, It’s Okay To Be Financially Motivated – Episode 1 – Part 2
In this episode, business coach Clay Clark (former US Small Business Administration Entrepreneur of the Year) sits down with Rachel Faucett, Business owner of handmade Charlotte and social media consultant for companies like Pottery Barn & Disney, and they discuss what it means to be a female entrepreneur. There is a variety of different challenges that women will face when starting a business. They are not much different than the challenges that any entrepreneur would face, they simply come with different responsibilities. One of the largest things that females will be challenged on is their time management. However, you must address this the exact same way. What are your F6 goals, and what I need to do in order to achieve that. Because women are far superior to men in every single way, they will be able to be smarter and more effective as entrepreneurs. When it comes to pricing, do not fear raising your prices to achieve the financial value that your product or service has. This is one of the common topics that we talk about with female entrepreneurs. Because of the heightened emotional intelligence that women have, it can sometimes be challenging to raise prices because women are concerned with the emotions of the customer. However, you must create a business that allows you to get to your goals, not satisfy every human on the planet. When you do this, there will be a subset of customers that will not like it, however your focus is making you happy. You cannot make everybody happy. Focus on achieving your goals, and balancing responsibilities, and you will find that your happiness will increase.
