Marvin Morse

Marvin has been a licensed certified public accountant in the State of Oklahoma since 1971. He started Morse and Co., P.C. in 1975 with a focus on professional accounting, auditing, tax and management advisory services. Marvin has over 38 years of experience in the areas of attestation services for small to medium sized clients and federal and multi-state tax compliance. In addition, areas of focus also include providing management advisory services in the areas of debt financing and reorganization, acquisitions and sales, cost controls, cash flow projections and ESOP transactions.
